This high quality lotus seed mala features carnelian spacers and is strung on reddish-brown stretchy cord. To add to the elegance and significance of the lotus seeds is the beautifully tied eternal knot tassel.

The lotus flower, from whence Padmasambhava was born, is prized and honored among Buddhists. The pure, delicate flower arises from bogs and slowly develops a beautiful seed head from which these seeds are extracted. The dried seeds are then smoothed and sealed to make great, long lasting beads.   Their texture, weight and size are ideal for daily mantras and wearing.
